The American city of Chicago has seen a protest because of the delay in supporting the humanitarian disaster in Puerto Rico, a United States administration, against Hurricane Maria.
Dozens of people gathered outside the city's Trump Tower on Friday, demanding urgent action to rescue some 3.4 million people struggling to die on the island.
The demonstrators held banners indicating the lack of water and food in Puerto Rico against the backdrop of the hurricane, and the other calling for the delivery of international humanitarian assistance to those affected there.
Participants in the demonstration also criticized US President Donald Trump for not providing sufficient support to the islanders.
On 20 September, Hurricane Maria struck the island of Puerto Rico, killing 16 people, cutting electricity to 97 per cent of its population and evacuating some 70,000 people. Ending / 25
