Education Minister Mohammad Iqbal Omar al-Sidli said that "he directed the concerned parties to adopt the rate of survival in the schools of excellence and the colleges of Baghdad 70% instead of 75% as is the case in the past," adding in a statement issued by his own media office that " The exceptional circumstances of our dear country, and we wish the success and success of our students in their new academic year.
