    Iraq has submitted a formal request to Turkey and Iran to stop all their dealings with the authorities of the Kurdistan region and restricted to the Baghdad government. 
    The Kurdistan region of Iraq is associated with Turkey with two border crossings, Ibrahim al-Khalil and Sarziri, and Iran with four outlets are Haj Omran, Bashmakh, Parviz Khan and Kermak. 

    "Baghdad has officially asked Ankara and Tehran to deal with the federal government exclusively with regard to border ports and close all their border rivals with the territory until it is handed over by the federal government," said Ahmed Mahjoub, spokesman for the Iraqi Foreign Ministry. 
    "Mahjoub added that" the request guarantees the suspension of all commercial transactions, especially with regard to the export of oil and its sale with the Kurdistan region and that deal with this file with the Iraqi federal government exclusively. "
    "The Iraqi government is working with the Turkish and Iranian sides to cooperate in the implementation of all measures taken to implement the Constitution and the law and the two neighboring countries deal with the Iraqi federal authorities in accordance with the principles of good neighborliness and respect for Iraqi sovereignty. 
    The government of Baghdad took a number of measures against the Kurdistan region after the referendum on the 25 of last September, which included the prohibition of international flights in Erbil and Sulaymaniyah airports, and the request of the territorial government to hand over border crossings and airports to the federal authorities. 
    The federal government had previously asked informally from Tehran and Ankara not to deal with Kurdistan and limited it to the Baghdad government. It also called on all representatives and consulates in Kurdistan to close their offices and choose alternative places outside the Kurdistan region.
    In a related conversation, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, during a telephone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macaron, the need to preserve the unity of Iraq and Syria. 
    In another statement, Erdogan noted that Turkey, Iran and Iraq will take a joint decision on stopping the flow of oil supplies from northern Iraq. 
    Erdogan, who concluded a visit to the capital Tehran, yesterday, in an interview with a number of media, followed by (range), that "the leadership of northern Iraq is witnessing the outcome of the referendum and do not know what to do." Revealing that "Turkey is considering taking additional measures against Kurdistan." 
    The head of Iran's Expediency Council, Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi, said the attempt to divide Iraq was a "conspiracy." 
    Shahroudi, in a statement on the sidelines of the meeting of the members of the complex, and his (the extent), "regretted the efforts to divide this neighboring country and Muslim."
    He accused Shahroudi, the United States of America, of "deceiving the issue of the referendum of Kurdistan," noting that "Washington pretends to oppose the draft referendum in Iraqi Kurdistan, but they support him and want Baghdad to force it to engage in bargaining and accept partition. 
    "The Islamic Republic of Iran should take firmer positions to oppose the referendum, support the territorial integrity of Iraq and its delivery to Iraqi Kurdistan officials and warn against the consequences of this new and dangerous strife on Iraq, the region and the entire Islamic world," he stressed. 
    The head of the Expediency Council, "Ankara's stand with Tehran and Baghdad, in the context of their common interests in the firm response to the division of this country and the reduction of new strife is very important."
    "The Iraqi government and people are aware, and the countries of the region, including the Islamic Republic of Turkey, have taken firm positions on this matter," he said. 
    On the other hand, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, in response to a question by a reporter, that "Moscow will continue economic cooperation with Iraqi Kurdistan, in coordination with the Iraqi authorities in Baghdad."
