    [ltr]Speaker of the House of Representatives Haider al-Abadi said on Tuesday that the Iraqi government will not discuss the referendum with anyone and does not negotiate before its abolition, while calling on the Peshmerga forces not to clash with the federal forces in the disputed areas.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The joint security forces have been able to liberate areas that no military force has been able to enter since the time of the former regime," Abadi said at a weekly conference attended by Mawazine News.
