    [rtl]The governor of Basra, Mu'in al-Hassan, threatened to cut the province to imports the general budget of the country in case the government condones the provision of financial dues required, while noting that Basra suffers from a miserable situation, especially in health and service aspects due to lack of funds.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Al-Hassan said in a press statement on Wednesday that "Basra has been deprived of many of its benefits as a result of the financial crisis and the war on the Dahesh, but there are basic benefits must be provided, including support for medical services and hospitals," adding that "the local government supports all initiatives launched to support patients and the side Health in the province and must be pressure on the government of the center.
