    Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced on Thursday a cabinet reshuffle that would ensure the appointment of six new ministers and four former ministers. 
    The amendment also included the creation of three state ministries, one for artificial intelligence, and the addition of new tasks to three ministers who retained their posts. 
    This came in a series of tweets through his official account in the social networking site "Twitter", monitored by "Anatolia". 
    "This change came after consultation with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and the adoption of President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed," he said. 
    He added that "the new government is the transit government of the new UAE centennial and its goal is to develop knowledge, support science and research and involve young people in leading the march."
    The amendment included the creation of three state ministries for artificial intelligence, advanced science and future food security. 
    Bin Rashid announced the appointment of Omar bin Sultan al-Ulama, 27, as minister of state for artificial intelligence, and Sara al-Amiri, 30, as minister of state to be responsible for the advanced science file. 
    Also appointed Maryam al-Muhairi as minister of state responsible for the country's future food security file. 
    Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli was appointed Minister of Human Resources and Emiratization, replacing Saqr Ghobash, and the appointment of Hessa Bint Isa Abu Humaid as Minister of Community Development, succeeding Aujal Al Awar. 
    Zaki Nusseibeh was appointed Minister of State, replacing Rashid bin Ahmad bin Fahad.
    Former Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak (Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development) was appointed as Minister of Tolerance, replacing Bint Khalid Al Qassimi, while Noura Al Kaabi (Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs) Culture and knowledge development. 

    He also announced the addition of new tasks to the three ministers who retained their posts. 

    Bin Rashid added that he added to the Minister of State for Higher Education Affairs Ahmed Al-Bahl the file of advanced skills, to be the Minister of State for higher education and advanced skills, and was also assigned to the head of the Federal Authority for Human Resources. 
    The Minister of Energy, Suhail Al Mazrouei, also announced the file of industry in the country to be responsible for the development of industry, especially the advanced. 
    He also announced the appointment of Minister of Health Abdul Rahman Al Owais in addition to his current duties as Minister of State for National Council Affairs (the post occupied by Nour al-Kaabi, the new Minister of Culture). 
    Abdullah Mohammed bin Touk was appointed Secretary General of the Council of Ministers. 
    Sheikh Saqr Ghobash (Minister of Human Resources and Emiratization) spent four decades of his life in serving his country with dedication, dedication and love for people. 
    He also thanked Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi (Minister of State for former tolerance), noting that she "raised the name of the homeland in the forums and represented the Arab woman the best representation." 
    He also thanked Rachid bin Fahd (former minister of state), Najla al-Awar (former Minister of Community Development) and Abdullah al-Basti (former Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers) for their service and work during the past period.
    Following the ministerial reshuffle, the number of ministerial portfolios increased to 31
