    [ltr]The House of Representatives holds its regular session, Saturday, to select the members of the Independent High Electoral Commission.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The Parliament holds its 27th session to complete the vote on the draft amendment of the Third Law of Governorates not organized in the region No. (21) for the year 2008 (the Legal Committee, the Committee of Regions and Governorates not organized in the (Remaining 11 articles), and presented the report of the work of the Committee of Experts to select the members of the Electoral Commission for elections.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The statement added that "the meeting includes voting in principle on the proposed law to amend the law of the elections of the Council of Representatives No. (45) for the year 2013 (the Legal Committee), and vote in principle on the proposed law amending the Personal Status Law No. (188) for the year 1959 , Committee on Endowments and Religious Affairs, Committee on Women, Family and Childhood).[/ltr]
    [ltr]He added that "the meeting will also vote on the draft law of ratification of the Convention on the encouragement and mutual protection of investments between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Committee on Foreign Relations, the Committee on Economy and Investment) (2 article), as well as a vote on the draft law amending the law of the Association of Accountants and Auditors ( Committee of Civil Society Organizations, Finance Committee, Legal Committee (Article 12) ".[/ltr]



    [ltr]The statement pointed out that "the meeting will be during the vote on the draft law of the second amendment to the law of the Central Bank of Iraq issued by Order No. (56) for 2004 on the Coalition Provisional Authority (dissolved) (Finance Committee, the Committee on Economy and Investment) (10 articles)," That "the meeting includes the discussion of the draft law of the first amendment to the law of elections of the Iraqi Council of Representatives No. (45) for the year 2013 (Legal Committee) (9 article)."[/ltr]
