    [rtl]On the eve of Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Tehran, a new round of oil negotiations between Russia and Iranian oil sector executives has begun.[/rtl]
    [rtl]According to Iranian press sources, Russian companies after the implementation of the nuclear agreement expressed their desire to invest their investments in the Iranian oil projects and so far has been signed several memorandums of understanding with the Iranian National Oil Company so that a record was achieved in this area.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Among the memorandums of understanding signed between Iran and Russia are: Lukoil (development of the fields of Taymor and Mansur oil), Zarubj oil company (development of the fields of Aban and Baidar Gharb), TAT (development of Dahlan fields) and Gazprom Joshmeh Khosh and Genkhola).[/rtl]
    [rtl]The directors of the companies "Gazprom" and "Ross Oil" and "Zaubaj" oil is currently in Tehran for the oil negotiations.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The value of bilateral trade between Iran and Russia last year amounted to 2.2 billion dollars, mostly involving the export of equipment, machinery, shipping, transportation, food and Russian products to Iran.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The share of oil in Iranian and Russian trade is small and it seems that the level of relations and economic, oil and gas cooperation between Iran and Russia does not match the kind and depth of political and strategic relations between the two countries.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Tehran to participate in the tripartite meeting between Iran, Russia and Azerbaijan, which held the first tripartite meeting in Baku in 2016.[/rtl]
