    The Council of the province of Basra, on Thursday, that the debt incurred by the end of this year to 120 billion dinars for companies completed projects in the province.
    "The budget of Basra for the current year 28 billion dinars and free of any allocations for projects that exceeded the completion rate of 80%, which confirmed the Council of Ministers to continue work to achieve."
    He added that "the completion of those projects increased the debt of Basra and is expected to reach those debts to companies at the end of this year to nearly 120 billion dinars."
