[ltr]The draft law estimates the total projected expenditures during the next year at 91 billion dollars, an export rate of oil of 3 million and eight hundred thousand barrels per day, including 250 thousand barrels of oil in the Kurdistan region, and 300,000 barrels of Kirkuk oil.[/ltr]
[ltr]The budget was based on a speculative price of $ 43, while the draft estimated the value of the wage at $ 18 billion.[/ltr]
[ltr]The text of the draft estimates the projected total revenue at $ 72 billion.[/ltr]
