"We have a discussion with the Kurdistan region for the export of Iraqi oil through Ceyhan pipeline region, because it is an Iraqi pipeline," adding that "there is an agreement with Turkey in this regard."
"We are going to repair our pipeline (which runs to Turkey via Mosul), and hopefully within three months," Yasiri said.
On October 10, 2017, Oil Minister Jabbar Ali Al-Luaibi ordered the rehabilitation of oil transport lines to the Turkish port of Ceyhan Salah al-Din andNineveh, indicating that the export capacity across the north was between 250 - 400 thousand barrels per day.
