    The head of the higher education Committee in the Parliament Deputy Abd
    Dhiyab Al-ajili to student grant will be disbursed through banks,

    He said
    Al-ajili told/JD/: after approving the inclusion of students in the
    budget, grant will be disbursed through banks, and may depend on the
    distribution of smart card system (k-card), to reach students smoothly
    without any manipulation.

    Al-ajili revealed for evening students not
    covered by the grant, explaining that the goal of the grant is to assist

    The law provided for the disbursement of 150 thousand
    dinars for graduate students (PhD, masters and higher diploma), and paid
    the amount as of the date of commencement of study until the end of the

    on the student's school or delayed repetition or more absences (10%)
    Annually in material or more during the school year or semester or in
    the event of separation of the student from school.

    And, the law
    stipulates that the grant to conduct employee or student awarded
    allocations in accordance with the law and gives the difference between
    the grant allocations were final and without the amount of the grant,
    the grant amount the student receives the insured does not accept his
    representation by proxy.

    And the General Secretariat of the Council
    of Ministers in a statement: this law covers only the morning students
    in State universities exclusively to the Cabinet include specialized
