    [rtl]Iraqis are exporting the real estate market in Jordan during the last ten months of this year, ahead of many Arab nationalities, both the number of transactions carried out or investment value.[/rtl]
    [rtl]According to a statistical report of the Jordanian Land and Survey Department, Iraqis came in the real estate sales in the Kingdom during the last ten months of the current year with a total of 886 properties, Saudi nationality ranked second with a total of 494 properties, while the Syrian nationality ranked third with 232 drugs.[/rtl]
    [rtl]In terms of value, Iraqi nationality was also ranked first with an investment of $ 194 million, 50% of the estimated value of non-Jordanians, and Saudi nationality ranked second with $ 79 million and 20%, while Syrian nationality came third with $ 20 million, 5%.[/rtl]
    [rtl]According to the report, the number of real estate sales to non-Jordanian investors in the last 10 months of this year was 2295 transactions, including 1692 transactions for apartments and 603 land transactions valued at $ 389 million.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The total sales of real estate in the Kingdom during the past ten months of this year amounted to more than 110 thousand transactions, down by 7% compared to the same period last year 2016.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The number of real estate sales to non-Jordanian investors during the month of October last year of 317 transactions, including 235 transactions for apartments and 82 transactions for land estimated value of about $ 41 million.[/rtl]
    [rtl]According to the monthly report, Iraqi nationality in October sales came first with a total of 132 properties, Saudi nationality ranked second with a total of 92 properties, and the Syrian nationality third with a total of 24 drugs.[/rtl]
