Babil province council announced that more than half of the decisions issued since 2013, have not been implemented so far.

"More than 50 percent of the council's decisions issued since the beginning of its midterm session in 2013 and until the tenth month of this year, which is 600, have not been implemented and implemented," Council Secretary General Aqil al-Rubaie said in a press statement.

Al-Rubaie added: "The Council formed a committee to follow up its decisions issued, in order to follow up and find out the reasons for non-implementation by sending books to departments and committees of the Council."

He explained: "Most decisions are concerned with projects, and now it is parked because there is no money allocated to it because of the financial crisis experienced by Iraq."
