The Directorate General for Industrial Development of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals has granted licenses to establish new industrial projects in a number of governorates during the current month.
Salam Said Ahmed, director general of the Directorate said in a statement: The Directorate granted (21) a license to establish new industrial projects has got the province of Wasit the largest proportion of them, adding that the Directorate also wrote support to estimate the need for relevant authorities to provide the requirements of projects from raw materials and fuel In addition to exemption from the profession fee and the delivery of electricity.
He pointed out that 4 (9) plots were allocated for the establishment of other industrial projects, indicating that the Directorate is continuing to conduct periodic reports for a number of projects for the purpose of ensuring the safety of work and to know the extent of damage and difficulties in the presence of the existence to develop appropriate solutions.
