Four billion dollars worth of Iranian exports to Iraq

Iranian Deputy Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade Mujtaba Khosro Taj said Wednesday that the value of exports to Iraq reached 4 billion dollars from March 21 to October 22, 2017.
"The value of exports of goods from Iran to Iraq reached 4 billion dollars during the seven months mentioned, an increase of 12 percent compared to the same period last year," Khosro Taj said.
"Iraq is the second country after China in the field of Iranian exports and the Iraqi market is important for the development of Iranian exports as it facilitates the access of Iranian traders to the markets of Syria and Lebanon," he said. According to the Fars news agency.
The head of Iran's Trade Development Organization expressed hope for a greater increase in exports of goods to Iraq.
