    [ltr]The Legal Department at the Ministry of Commerce held an educational seminar on the disability law and special needs for the care of the disabled and their integration into society, stressing that the seminar comes to support the government effort to develop and promote the culture of human rights in general and ministry employees in particular.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The Legal Department of the Ministry of Commerce has organized an educational seminar on the law of the Authority for the Care of Disability and Persons with Special Needs in coordination with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs with a view to reviewing the law and discussing its amendments to suit the current situation," the ministry said in a statement.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Director General of the Legal Department in the Ministry Zahra Shiban Hammadi, "The Human Rights Division in the Department and through its coordination with the care of the disabled initiated the establishment of this symposium, which we sought to hear the views of legal professionals in the departments and companies of the ministry in order to develop an opinion Unified on the nature of the amendments that serve this important segment of Iraqis, which need follow-up and special care requires us to review and renew the law and modify it to contribute to their protection.     [ltr]"There are many laws being studied in the legal department according to the reform mechanisms adopted by the government to change and amend the laws to fit the current situation and contribute to determining the movement of society, especially that many laws require amendment and others need to be updated to cope with the tremendous developments that took place in society."[/ltr]
    [ltr]She explained that "this seminar and many seminars established by the department for specialists in the legal issue, aimed at extensive discussion and the development of visions on the nature of amendments and laws that can be proposed on the amendment, including the law of the care of disabled people with special needs, which is on the side of human rights and protect the security of society and human, "In this sense, dialogue with specialists to develop it and reconsider its paragraphs has become an urgent need and necessary to develop new paragraphs to ensure that the segment support and support and care to overcome their suffering and problems."[/ltr]
