    [ltr]Egyptian Trade and Industry Minister Tariq Qabil said on Saturday that the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Export Development Fund agreed to support the cost of shipping to the markets of Iraq and Libya by 50%, pointing out that this decision could contribute to increase exports to markets by up to 25%.[/ltr]
    [ltr]During his meeting with the Board of Directors of the Export Development Fund in the presence of Dr. Amr Al-Jarhi, Minister of Finance and Tourism Minister Yahya Rashid, the two markets have huge export opportunities for Egyptian products. The two markets, pointing out that the work is underway to automate all services and procedures of the Export Development Fund to facilitate exporters and improve the quality of services provided by the Fund.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He added that a decision has been issued to give the Export Development Authority the responsibility of organizing the Egyptian participation in the specialized foreign exhibitions in order to maximize the benefit of this participation. He pointed out that the Board of Directors of the Export Development Fund approved the adoption of the rules of supporting foreign exhibitions of the Export Development Authority as of early January.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Cain pointed out that the Board of Directors of the Fund agreed to approve the acceptance of certificates issued by the Ministry of Marble Technology Center for the export of marble and granite for foreign markets, noting that the Council also approved the adoption of 40 million Egyptian pounds over 3 years of the Fund's budget for the sustainable development project To train exporters and provide technical support and facilitate participation in foreign exhibitions and the granting of trademarks for promising products and the development of financial services system for exporters.[/ltr]
