    The head of the National Wisdom Movement Ammar al-Hakim on Saturday called for the elections to be held on time, while calling for the formation of a majority government. 
    "We have achieved a great victory and the moments of victory will be followed with confidence, so we need to define the post-victory strategy and turn the military effort into an intelligence effort," Hakim said at a ceremony to honor Secretary-General of the Dawa Party / 
    "We are approaching the declaration of Iraq free of the occupation of Daheshi, not free of the alarm, and there remain sleeper cells, so the country needs a broad intellectual and cultural treatments and need to redistribute the functions and location of the armed forces." 
    "The popular crowd is the mainstay of the armed forces and we reject the politicization of the crowd and its anger in the conflicts," Hakim said, warning that "the attempt to involve the crowd and its factions in terrorism under illogical pretexts."
    The head of the wisdom movement that "the construction of the national project and the umbrella of the country needs a serious dialogue under the roof of the Constitution and the law, and that the draft settlement carried by the coalition is adopted by the government and the UN mission within the framework of the inclusive dialogue within the framework of the Constitution. 
    "We need national lists of components and the post-election majority government, representing all Iraqis. We need a national speech to unite the Iraqis," Hakim said, calling for "the next elections to be held on time and that alliances and programs contribute to the national project." 
    He called the head of the wisdom stream of the House of Representatives to "accelerate the legislative legislation provincial councils and the House of Representatives or amend the previous laws to be ready for the elections to be held." Hakim stressed that "

    In the context of the debate over the elections, the Badr parliamentary bloc, yesterday, that the postponement of the elections if it would be a "constitutional breach" and "violation of the principles of democratic work," and called for the postponement of the election as "politically bankrupt."
    A member of the bloc MP Faleh al-Khazali, in a statement received (range) a copy of yesterday, "The attempts of some politicians to postpone the election is considered a political bankruptcy and a violation of the Constitution and the principles of democratic work in Iraq." He called on leaders of blocs and political leaders to "declare their position are they with the political process or against it?", Adding that "postponement of the elections against the political process." 
    The deputy said the Badr bloc that "the recent endorsement of the supporter of the terrorist and the liberation of Rawa and the relative return of the displaced to the liberated areas denies there is any justification for postponing the elections."
