    The bloc of "independent" parliamentary coalition in the rule of law, Tuesday, that the decision of the Federal Supreme Court set the ground for the start of negotiations between Baghdad and Erbil, while warned that the insistence of the Kurdistan Regional Government not to recognize the decision of the Court will put negotiations for delay.
    "The acceptance of the region by the resolution means the end of the referendum, which is the main condition for the government to resume dialogue," said head of the bloc Sadik al-Labban in a statement to Al-Maaloumah.
    Al-Labban warned that "the insistence of the territorial government not to accept the decision of the Court will offer negotiations for further delay," calling for "the formation of a new national government in the region if the Barzani party is unable to manage negotiations and dialogue."
    The Federal Supreme Court issued on Monday, ruled unconstitutional referendum, which took place on September 25 last in the Kurdistan region and the rest of the regions outside, the decision to cancel the effects and consequences ranked by all. Ending / 25
