Iran's Deputy President of the Chamber of Commerce, Hussein Abdul Razzi, revealed that Iraq has raised the tariff for the entry of Iranian dairy products from 5% to 25%.
"Iraq has increased the tariff for the entry of Iranian dairy products from 5% to 25%, at a time when Syria has imposed strict restrictions on Iranian products," Warzi said in a press statement obtained by Trend Press.
He added that "Syrian markets are currently saturated with Turkish products and goods, which enter Syria through smuggling from the border between the two countries."
"Iran has preferential agreements with Syria with a credit line of more than $ 1 billion, but despite this Syria has imposed restrictions," he said.
