    (Reuters) - Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri presented the provincial elections law to the vote tomorrow. 
    Differences emerged between the parliamentary political blocs on the mechanism of holding elections, especially in the province of Kirkuk, and the date of the process, and the mechanism of integration with the legislative elections or not. 
    However, the Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri announced during a meeting today, that the Council will arrange on the agenda of tomorrow's law provincial elections for a final purpose of voting. 
    He added that the session will also include a debate on the law of the House of Representatives.
