The director of "CIA" reveals the content of his message, which Solaimani refused to read

CIA director Mike Pompeo said on Saturday he had sent a letter to the commander of the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Qasim Soleimani, and Iranian leaders.
Pompeo said at a seminar at the annual Reagan Defense Forum in southern California that he had sent the message after a senior Iranian military commander suggested troops under his command might attack US forces in Iraq. He gave no date.
"What we are talking about in this letter is that we will carry it and hold Iran responsible for any attacks on US interests in Iraq," he said. "We want to make sure that he and the leadership in Iran understand this in a crystal clear way."
The US official who took over the CIA in January said Suleimani, who is in charge of the external operations of Iran's Revolutionary Guards, refused to open the message.
In October, Reuters revealed that Sulaimani had repeatedly called on Kurdish leaders in northern Iraq to withdraw from the city of Kirkuk and traveled to the Kurdistan region of Iraq to meet with Kurdish leaders.
The US-led coalition is fighting a "push" in Iraq and Syria.
Last month, an Israeli cabinet minister said his government had secret contacts with Saudi Arabia amid common concerns over Iran, the first such disclosure by a senior official in either country of dealings that have long been the focus of rumors
