Legal amendments: governorates of port half border imports

Committee of the regions and governorates revealed the major amendments
to the law 21 of the provinces, saying it includes expansion of the
financial and economic powers to local governments.
The
Vice-Chairman of the Committee, said Mansour al-Tamimi/JD/: to highlight
the amendments to the law of governorates that are not organized by
County No. 12 of 2008, were economic in nature.
Tamimi said the
amendments included extending the financial powers llbetrodol as
acquired rights for the province determined by balancing, in addition to
granting of border provinces half the imports.
The amendments
also included the right appointments to managerial positions and public
employees and managers in addition to facilities in the allocation of
land for investment.
Tamimi said that the law would take its
methods to a vote after it is completed fully and add another
amendments, likely achieved during the next two months. Finished
