Sadr announces 6 conditions for turning the peace process into a civilian organization

     Baghdad / Range

The leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr revealed yesterday, 6 conditions for the disarmament of the Peace Corps and turn it into a civil organization. And called on the government to apply them before the dissolution of his armed faction. Sadr also announced a package of demands to address the file of the crowd, and demanded the Prime Minister to open the files of the fall of the city of Mosul and the massacres of Spyker and Saqlawiya, and directly accounting corrupt without targeting one side.
"Today we have to admit with all modesty that the Iraqi army and its security forces have returned to their flames and strength after some wanted to get worse," Sadr said in a victory speech. "The security forces must maintain their prestige, strength and control."
He added the leader of the Sadrist movement:
Before we make the conversion of a secret peace to a service organization, humanitarian or even civilian, the government should take into account a number of points, the most important:
First: continued care of the families of martyrs in honor of their blood and sacrifice.
Second: Complete the treatment of their wounds in order to return to their families and practice their work.
Third: Work hard to find employment opportunities for them as soon as possible to keep them away from the void and unemployment, which may cause public damage and not special damage. Fourth: the integration of some elements in the Iraqi army or security forces.
Fifth: The continued survival of the brothers in the Saraya in Samarra to another notice and full coordination with the state, the sanctity of the place and the sensitivity of the security and military situation in them even after conversion within the security forces.
Sixth: Honoring them as appropriate to them as materially and morally as possible.
Sadr pointed out that the government's application of the six conditions, requires the following:
First: hand over the state's weapons to the state as soon as possible.
Second: Close most of their headquarters, but central to benefit from it in the service of human and civil and direct supervision of the Jihadi assistant in coordination with the Special Office.
Third: Submit the liberated sites except Samarra to the official security forces within a maximum period of forty five days.
Fourth: Iraq's withdrawal from Article VII requires the freezing of all our former military organizations to another notice or until you find the truth of Iraq's independence in all respects.
Fifth: To separate the issue of Jerusalem from Iraq and to work in strict secrecy, while not harming Iraq, its people and its government.
In the same context, the leader of the Sadrist movement called on the government to "prevent the use of the title of the crowd in the elections at all, and to prevent the involvement of leaders of the crowd addresses and their people in the elections, as well as the exclusion of uncontrolled elements of integration into the security forces or even others, but to work to punish some. Sadr called on the government to "open the file of the fall of Mosul and the rest of the provinces, as well as in the massacres of Spyker and Saqlawiyah and others." "The need to work to enable and strengthen the security forces with all factions to protect all provinces, as well as government facilities such as ports and airports and the border and non-delivery to other parties." He called on the prime minister to "immediately begin the trial of the corrupt without targeting one side without another and work on radical reforms to complete the joy of victory over terrorism by defeating corruption, and we are ready to cooperate on this."
"We advise all brothers in the popular mobilization factions to limit the weapons to the state and to strengthen its centrality by enabling it to impose its control over all Iraqi territory without interfering with its work," he concluded.
