On Friday, the Integrity Commission announced that the Federal Court of Appeal of Rusafa, in its discriminatory capacity, overturned the decision to include the former Secretary of Baghdad Naim 'Abuboub on the amnesty law, based on the appeals submitted by it.
In a statement received by Al-Maaloumah, the PCHR's investigation department said that "on the basis of the appeals submitted by the Integrity Commission, the Federal Court of Appeal of Rusafa decided to revoke the decision to include convicted Naim 'Abuboub with the amnesty law, while also ruling against the judge's decision to imprison him For one year in order to tighten it ".
The Integrity Commission announced early November last year the issuance of the Court of Misdemeanor Integrity, a sentence of a sentence of one year imprisonment for Naim Ayoub, for committing a series of irregularities and exceeding the powers on the subject of leasing and rehabilitation of the role of the Secretariat of Baghdad.
