    In contrast to political demands, the Sunni street believes that participation in the elections is better than abstaining. There are those who believe that active participation will be a new glimmer of hope to ensure the return of the displaced and the reconstruction of the liberated cities.
    A number of sons of the component that despite questioning the integrity of the electoral process and the weakness of the Sunni political blocs represented in the House of Representatives and portfolios within the formation of the next Iraqi government, which will be produced by the ballot boxes, and loss of confidence between the citizen and political, but it will be a ray of hope to change their situation.
    The Union of Sunni Forces said it could not hold fair elections with about three million displaced people, mostly from Sunni areas in the north and west of the country. 
    "The aim of the elections is to carry out reforms for the next stage by bringing representatives of the Iraqi people with integrity and efficiency, representing the will of the voter without pressure, and this will not be achieved under the current conditions of the affected provinces," MP Ahmad al-Masari said. 
    "There are more than 2 million and 900,000 displaced people who live in poor conditions, unable to return to their liberated cities, the massive destruction of their homes and areas, and the presence of armed groups affiliated to political parties that control the security file in these cities. . 
    He added: «We doubt the possibility of a fair electoral process .. will be affecting the election results in favor of those bodies», according to a statement issued by the coalition.
    "So we call upon the United Nations, through cooperation with the Iraqi government, to help create conditions for democratic and fair elections in which citizens freely express their opinions," he said.
