The province of Babylon complained of what he described as bureaucracy of government banks in dealing with foreign investors in addition to the weakness of the single window in resolving problems related Avaidah land, revealing that there are ten companies reluctant in the implementation of investment projects.

He said provincial council member Mohammed al-Masoudi in a statement (IMN) that "there are more than a dozen companies reluctant in the implementation of important investment projects and promised to resolve its internal problems, such as the purchase of equipment or modern geometric increase in the preparation of its employees."

Masudi said, "The provincial council formed a committee to follow up on all investment projects in Babylon and encourage the work important to the implementation of investment projects such as the construction of residential and commercial complexes and educational."

The Investment Commission opened Babylon, soon, a tourist resort at a cost of U.S. $ 15 million center of the city of Hilla.
