(Encyclopedia of this Day News | Iraq News ) - Direct: American companies pledged to give employees a part of the gains made possible by the adoption of tax cuts in the United States, hours after congressional approval of the bill.

The US House of Representatives approved a tax reform bill that would cut corporate taxes from 35% to 21%, but is still awaiting President Donald Trump's signature.

A statement issued by AT & T on Wednesday said it had decided to grant all its 200,000 employees in the United States a special bonus of $ 1,000.

It said it planned to invest an additional $ 1 billion in the United States once the US tax law was signed after the final version was sent to Trump.

Pyeong also decided to grant a reward to its employees in the United States, while Comcast indicated its intention to give its workers a bonus of $ 1,000.

Fifth Verde Bancorp and Wells Fargo decided to raise the minimum wage to $ 15 an hour, while the first revealed that they would give their employees a bonus, while the second said it would spend $ 400 million for non-profit organizations.
