    [rtl]North Korea called the new UN sanctions a "war act" against it.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"Washington, which is very horrified to complete nuclear power, is trying to pressure us with the most sanctions," the State Department said in a statement published by the North Korean news agency. "We will further strengthen our nuclear deterrent to self-defense to eliminate the nuclear threat and US blackmail."He said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Pyongyang warned countries that supported the sanctions that they would "bear the consequences of their decision."[/rtl]
    [rtl]The foreign ministry pointed out that the new sanctions "reach a complete economic blockade against the country"He said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Pyongyang said in the statement that it would continue to strengthen its defensive nuclear deterrent, which aims to "basically eliminate US nuclear threats, blackmail and hostile moves by establishing a practical balance of power with Washington," she said..[/rtl]
    [rtl]The UN Security Council tightened sanctions on North Korea for its recent missile test, banning in a resolution issued on Friday the number 2397 all exports of textiles, the establishment of joint ventures with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, as well as the prevention of the employment of Korean workers abroad.[/rtl]
