The Iraqi customs authorities announced the study exempt 200 products from the customs fees of financial, within the terms of the exemption imposed on all imports last year by 30%.

The authorities in a press statement obtained by "Trend Press" a copy on Sunday, that it handed over to Jordan a list of 200 products to check the factories produced in the Kingdom, before studying exemption from customs duties.

She pointed out that "the Iraqi inquiry also addresses the production capacity of those factories; in line with the conditions of exemption of any product of customs duties, which was imposed on all products imported in Iraq during the past year."

Jordanian exports to Iraq reached its highest level ever in 2013 at KD882 million, while it declined significantly in 2016 to reach KD 330 million.
