    For his part, the President of the Council of the district of Hilla Mahmoud al-Awadi said in an interview for the "range", "The process of lifting the concrete blocks in front of the government departments continue and achieved great successes and we have held an extraordinary meeting with officials of the departments of excesses in the municipality of Hilla and the presence of a number of members of the Judicial Council and To discuss and discuss the continued momentum of the process of lifting the excesses on the sidewalks and streets and lift concrete blocks in the province of Hilla, which is a very successful and achieved the goals required of them.
    Al-Awadi stressed "the discussion of the reality of the areas and streets that have been removed and lifted their excesses and agree to impose a fine of (500) thousand dinars on the transferee in case of repeated violation and document the fine with an official link." 
    Al-Awadi said, "It was reached that the official of the unit of abuses in the region is directly responsible in the case of re-overrun and be obliged to raise monthly positions to the Council of Justice and the governor of Hilla on the recurrence of cases of abuse in the street or the region to take the necessary measures. 
    He pointed out that "it is a great step and blessing and we will guide the books of all circles to interest the facades of their departments and the cultivation of their shelves and rehabilitation of the parallel streets of the circle to show the city a decent appearance."
