{Baghdad:
Euphrates news} iraqiya MP ruled out the appearance of al-Janabi to
vote on the federal budget for 2013 in the House on Tuesday.

Al-Janabi
said in a press release received {forat news} on Monday that "the
budget 2013 need many amendments and many discussions as we got from the
parliamentary Finance Committee.

"The budget was delayed due to
the lack of public money tab correctly and it was some objections and
were returned to the Government again and returned to the parliamentary
Finance Committee to discuss the amendments.

He called al-Janabi
"emergency allocations increase as flood and environmental disaster in
the federal budget for 2013 in anticipation of any emergency."

"There will likely be a vote on the budget tomorrow, vote on Federal Court Act if there is a sufficient number of votes."

The
scheduled House meeting Tuesday to vote on the federal budget under the
comment block iraqiya Coalition MPs attend the parliamentary sessions
except those which discuss withdrawal of confidence in the Government
and the demonstrators ' demands by Iraq's suspension before the end of
the days
