    The value of the Russian-Turkish deal for the export of S-400 missile systems is about $ 2.5 billion, the head of Russia's state-owned Rostek company Sergey Chimezov said.
    "I can say that 45 percent of the total amount of the deal will be paid by Turkey in advance and 55 percent will be Russian loans and we plan to start supplying the missiles in March 2020," he said in an interview with Russia's Kommersant newspaper.
    The head of the "Rustich" that Turkey is the first NATO member to buy these modern Russian air defense systems, adding that the Russian side is close to ending its negotiations with Saudi Arabia on the supply of these missile systems to the Kingdom.
    The Russian Federation of Military-Technical Cooperation announced last September the signing of a contract between Russia and Turkey to supply the S-400 missile systems.
    Later, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that Turkey had turned the first batch of price regimes, while the Russian side confirmed that the supply of regulations will begin after payment of the full amount, according to the contract signed.
