    A member of the Committee on Security and Defense parliamentary Abdul Aziz al-Zalmi, on Wednesday, the Iraqi government to move the file of the presence of US forces in the country, and attributed to the pressure exerted by the Washington administration, he confirmed that the parliamentary claims reject this presence will continue.
    "The majority of the members of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Security and Defense Parliamentary Assembly are unanimous in rejecting the US presence in Iraq under any pretext, whether as trainers or advisers, especially after the end of military operations against Da'ash and the large number, according to the advertiser, which exceeds the 5,000 soldiers in Iraq".
    He added that "this parliamentary rejection can not be crystallized to a decision that would exclude this presence without the intervention of the Iraqi government according to the rules of procedure of the Council," stressing that "the government should send to the House of Representatives a bill in this regard to deal with and vote on it."
    He added that "the government will not send this project and will disregard this presence rejected because of pressure exerted by the US authorities on them," pointing out that "the parliamentary rejection and demands to remove these forces will continue."
    He denied the Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri, on Sunday, the receipt of the parliament any government proposal on the survival of US forces in Iraq or not, stressing that the federal government is the executive authority competent military files.
