    [rtl]"North Korea accepted today our proposal to hold high-level talks in Dar es Salaam in the border village of Panmunjom on January 9, where we agreed to consult on details of the process of holding the talks through mutual documents," the unity ministry said in a statement.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"North Korea told us about the joint talks," the ministry said, adding that "the agreement came in a letter on behalf of North Korea's Chairman of the North Korean Peace and National Unity Committee Lee Sun-kwan addressed to South Korean Minister of Unity Jo Myung-kyun"He said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"The talks will focus mainly on the Pyongyang Olympic Games from February 9 to 25, as well as on the issue of improving inter-Korean relations,"He said.[/rtl]
