    The meeting of the Arab ministerial delegation to discuss the repercussions of the American decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and the transfer of the United States Embassy to it will take place on Saturday at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs.
    The meeting will be attended by foreign ministers from Egypt, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Morocco and Jordan. They are members of a delegation of ministers formed by a decision of the Council of Arab Foreign Ministers during their emergency meeting on December 9.
    The meeting aims to follow up the repercussions of the American decision, as well as coordinate Arab efforts and moves internationally, to preserve the historical and legal status of Jerusalem as one of the final status issues that will be determined in the negotiations between the parties concerned.
    According to informed sources, the meeting will discuss mechanisms of action at the international level in the next phase, to emphasize the status of Jerusalem and its legal protection, as one of the issues of final solution.
    It will also discuss the Arab moves, due to the change in the American position, which affects the status of Jerusalem and its legal and historical status.
    It is expected that the meeting will discuss the coordination mechanisms of the Arab efforts and unite them to respond to the American decision and come up with realistic solutions to respond appropriately to this decision and its consequences through coordination with the international community to achieve the optimal solution for the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
