    Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif affirmed that collective security in the Middle East is crystallized through the integration of countries' efforts with each other, stressing that "those who imagine that they can buy security with money and more important."
     
    In his speech at the second Tehran security conference, Mohammad Javad Zarif stressed that peaceful coexistence among the countries of the region is absolutely necessary, stressing that the arms race among the countries of the region is a negative phenomenon.
     
    He explained that: Persian Gulf countries spent more than 15 billion last year on the purchase of weapons, which poses a threat to the security of the region.
     
    He pointed out that collective security is crystallized through the integration of the efforts of States with each other, stating that "those who imagine that he can buy security with money and more important."
     
    He pointed out that the realistic view of the security of the region is that each country considers that its security is inseparable from the security of all other countries.
     
    Noting that dialogue and confidence-building are key pillars of stability and security in the region, the Iranian foreign minister said: "Differences must be scaled down and not out of their borders."
     
    "Investment opportunities should be invested and exploited to enhance security and stability.
     
    In addition to dialogue, all disturbing factors in the region should be removed for its stability and security.
     
    Zarif: We must stay away from everything that is causing tension in the region .. Should intensify the exchange of visits between officials of the countries of the region .. Must remove all that provokes neighboring countries of the curriculum.
     
    He pointed out that achieving the gains for all is a fundamental principle pursued by President Rohani in relations with other countries.
     
    The Iranian foreign minister stressed that "a forum should be established for dialogue among the countries of the region.
