(Baghdad: Al Furat News) The national team of the Kuwait Conference, chaired by the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mahdi Al-Alaq, discussed a set of working papers to be presented by Iraq at the Kuwait conference to be held in February.
"The working papers discussed by the team with the central bank governor included a paper on the approved financial policies of the general framework of the national plan for reconstruction and development, as well as the report of the advisers on the reality of mine contamination in liberated areas and its possible inclusion in the agenda of the conference," the statement said.
The team also reviewed a number of issues related to the results of the media delegation's meeting with the Kuwaiti side in December last year, 2018, and the participation of recently invited speakers as EU foreign policy chief Federica Mujerini and preliminary approval of Germany to speak in the post-conflict reconstruction section. "
