The statement continued that «the Council completed the second reading of the draft law amending the Law of Judicial Organization No. (160) for the year 1979, report of the Legal Committee, which drew to involve judges in the discussions on the draft law, and confirmed that there is no contradiction between the Federal Court and the Court of Cassation for independence from some ».
