    [rtl]The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced on Saturday the approval of the Ministry of Transport to reduce the prices of travel tickets for holders of higher degrees and professors and associates in Iraqi universities.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"The Ministry of Transport has approved the granting of a 25% reduction in travel tickets to Iraqi high school graduates, professors and associates," the ministry said in a brief statement.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Transport Minister Kazem al-Hamami said earlier that the ministry had ordered 50 percent reduction in ticket prices for journalists, as well as a 50 percent reduction in air fare for patients and one of the accompanying patients on their way out of Iraq.[/rtl]
