    [rtl]Said the Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri, "The next parliamentary session is intended to include the legal budget and the federal elections."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Al-Jubouri said in a televised interview that "the session of the House of Representatives this week will issue its agenda the federal budget law of Iraq for the year 2018 and the election law in order to decide the reading and go to vote on them."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]"Jubouri said that" the date of the elections will be discussed with the heads of political blocs, indicating: We have completed the vote on all items of the law of local elections except for the article on Kirkuk and there are proposals to resolve.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He stressed that " the central government is obliged to provide all the requirements of the elections and that there will be a challenge to the elections in the event that the requirements are not available."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Regarding the displaced and the elections, Jubouri noted that "there are many reasons that impede the return of displaced people." "Everyone realized that Iraq can not be governed by any particular component," he said. "The election law does not allow the participation of those with armed arms."[/rtl]
