    [rtl]TEHRAN (Reuters) - The United States believed Iran was in the strongest stages since the Islamic revolution, saying it had sought to oust Syrian President Bashar al-Assad from power, Iran's deputy foreign minister and chief nuclear negotiator Abbas Araqchi said.
