    "The Public Health Department of the immunization unit carried out (8) immunization campaigns during 2017, where more than 1315,223 children were vaccinated and 13,971 girls and women of reproductive age were vaccinated," Karkh General Director Jasab Latif al-Hajami said in a statement.
     
    He pointed out that "the implementation of the comprehensive national campaign for the vaccination of oral polio vaccine for five days and vaccinated (527594) children coverage rate reached (97%) and (535498) children in the second round of the national campaign comprehensive spring vaccination oral polio vaccine coverage (98%) and the implementation of the national campaign of vaccination for polio vaccinations and five-year vaccine in the sector (Taji, Abu Ghraib, Tarmiyah) the first round.
     
    A total of 12,279 children were immunized with a double-pattern polio vaccine with a coverage rate of 105% and a vaccination of 5713 children with five-year vaccine.
     
    "The number of children who were given polio vaccines and quintile vaccine in the semi-national autumn campaign reached (110,962) coverage rate (94%). The vaccination vaccine vaccine campaign was conducted for six working days at a rate of two weeks per week Health sectors to increase the coverage of all vaccines.
