     Transport signed a contract to collect cross Iraqi airspace with the "IATA" aircraft 
    announced that the Ministry of Transport, on Friday, announced the signing of a contract to collect cross Iraqi airspace with the "IATA" aircraft, indicating: that this contract is the first of its kind, as pointed out that the contract Is an important economic factor contributing to the recovery of the country's economy. 
    The Ministry of Transport said in a statement that "the technical agent of the Ministry of Transport, head of the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority, Abbas Amran Musa, signed a contract to collect fees for the transit of aircraft to the Iraqi airspace with the IATA International, represented by companies operating in the transport sector, Mohammed Abash, where this contract The first of its kind, which entails the task of collecting the transit of Iraqi airspace to all airlines across the airspace in return for the provision of administrative services to Iraq.
    For his part, Moussa said that "the conclusion of this contract came to provide safe and regular air transport and also is an important economic factor contributes to the recovery of the country's economy." 
    It should be noted that the rate of passage through Iraqi airspace has increased significantly after the lifting of the warning by the FAA in addition to the geographical location of Iraq, which attracts the Gulf countries and the region, according to the Ministry of Transport.

     Iraq and Saudi Arabia hold their coordination council and sign a cooperation agreement 
    . The meetings of the committees of the Iraqi-Saudi Coordination Council headed by Minister of Planning and Acting Minister of Commerce Salman Al-Jumaili and the Saudi Minister of Trade and Investment Majid bin Abdullah Al- Qassabi were held in Riyadh in the presence of senior officials from the Iraqi Coordination Council And Saudi Arabia. 
    He pointed out that the Iraqi-Saudi relations are taking very quick steps, pointing to the return of direct flights between the two countries, pointing out that the coming days will be the visas taken from inside Iraq, through the Saudi Embassy in Baghdad and the consulate in the province of Basra.
    Al-Jumaili added that "there are very quick steps in terms of political and social relations, as well as the economic relations that will be taken in the coming days, steps commensurate with the size of the brotherly relationship between the two countries, and there are great investment opportunities and economic interests of the two countries." 
    The Minister of Trade and Investment of Saudi Arabia stressed that the ties of blood, closeness and neighborliness unite the Saudi and Iraqi peoples and that there is harmony and agreement between the Kingdom and Iraq to improve relations and enhance trade and investment cooperation to meet the aspirations of the two peoples. 
    He explained that the priority of the work in the Saudi-Iraqi Coordination Council is the adoption of a plan and methodology of work on various tracks, to achieve the objectives of joint action on his part.
    During the meeting, senior officials of the two countries met with their counterparts and discussed an executive plan of action to promote intra-trade and investment opportunities between the two countries and address the challenges of joint teams working continuously to overcome difficulties. 
    The signing of the agreement for the establishment of the Iraqi Arar port, on the sidelines of the meetings of the committees of the Iraqi Iraqi Business Council in the presence of senior businessmen from the Saudi side And their meeting with Iraqi officials.

     Oil and BP sign agreement to boost Kirkuk production 
    An Iraqi oil official said his country plans to sign an agreement with BP to boost crude production from Kirkuk's oil fields in the north of the country. 
    The oil ministry said in a statement that the agreement would be signed at the headquarters of the Iraqi Oil Company, which is run by the government and operates the fields. 
    The oil minister Jabbar al-Allaibi, announced on the seventh of this month, Iraq will start exporting oil from the fields of northern Kirkuk to Iran before the end of January. 
    "About 30 thousand barrels per day of crude will be transported by truck to the Iranian refinery Kermanshah at the start of export, and will begin before the end of this month," Al-Allaibi told reporters in Baghdad. 
    The trucking of crude to Iran comes as part of a swap deal announced last month by countries to allow the resumption of crude exports from Kirkuk.
    Iraq and Iran agreed to swap up to 60,000 barrels per day of crude produced from Kirkuk with Iranian oil for delivery in southern Iraq. 
    Sales of Kirkuk crude have been suspended since Iraqi forces imposed federal control over the province and its oil fields on October 16. 
    Iraq and Iran are also planning to build a pipeline to transport oil from Kirkuk without the need for trucking, al-Luaibi said last month. 
    The pipeline could replace the existing export route from Kirkuk through Turkey and the Mediterranean.
