[rtl]2. Reactivate and activate all federal authorities in the region, including border ports and airports.     [/rtl]
[rtl]3- Continuing work of the competent committees to open airports under the federal authority.     [/rtl]
[rtl]4 - Complete all procedures for the return of the entire authorities and federal forces.     [/rtl]
[rtl]5. The international borders shall be under federal control as one of their exclusive powers.     [/rtl]

[rtl]It is noteworthy that the MP for the movement of change, Sherine Abdul Redha confirmed, the lack of knowledge of most of the political parties in Kurdistan visit a delegation of the government of Arbil headed by Nizervan Barzani of Baghdad or its purpose, noting that talk about public matters will not benefit the simple Kurdish citizen, so that visit does not represent All the Kurdish parties.
