[rtl]The Turkish newspaper Al-Akhbar reported in a report quoting Iraqi sources confirming the extradition of Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Javishoglu to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi during his visit to Baghdad last Monday, while the main objective of its formation.[/rtl]

[rtl]In contrast to what was planned, Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Gawishoglu left Iraq without visiting Kurdistan, which he announced would visit him as part of Turkish mediation to resolve the dispute. Since the last referendum on separation from Iraq last September, the start of the battle of Afrin in the north of Syria changed some of the agenda of the visit, to become entitled: "A new visit as a result of an emergency."[/rtl]

[rtl]"It was remarkable that the Turkish minister did not address the Kurdish crisis in Mesopotamia during his meeting with his counterpart Ibrahim al-Jaafari and with Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, except for" passing statements. "[/rtl]

[rtl]The newspaper quoted private sources as saying that "the visit of the President of the Kurdistan government, Najirvan Barzani, to the Iranian capital Tehran, and before Baghdad where he met Abbadi, prompted the Turkish minister to cancel his mediation first, and his visit to Erbil II.[/rtl]

[rtl]She also quoted sources she said from the Islamic Dawa Party as saying that "Jawishoglu brought to Abbadi an offer based on Iraq's entry into an alliance in the form of a consortium that combines Ankara, Tehran and Damascus to meet the current challenges."[/rtl]

[rtl]A leading source in the party said that "there are signs of forming an alliance against the existing alliance between Washington and Riyadh and Abu Dhabi, along with other forces in the region, to counter the Kurdish insurgency," adding that Gawishoglu tried to remind Abadi "Saudi policies and attitudes of Iraq throughout the last stage. "[/rtl]

[rtl]The source pointed out that the Turkish guest reminded Abadi also of his country's "firm" stance on the issue of the referendum, and take Ankara a series of steps and measures against Kurdistan hours after the Erbil referendum, "which led to the strengthening of Baghdad's position significantly.[/rtl]

[rtl]The source added that "the offer of Jawishoglu carried a series of temptations, led by the withdrawal of Turkish troops from the camp Baasheqa (east of the city of Mosul) ahead of the parliamentary elections (scheduled for 12 May next), in an apparent attempt to induce Abadi; Will be in the electoral and popular balance, and will be reflected strongly in the ballot boxes.[/rtl]

[rtl]The offer also included, according to the newspaper, the doubling of water releases and the announcement of the freezing of work in the Turkish dam of Elso in response to Iraq's concerns, especially that the dilemma of water scarcity began to lead the economic scene in the country, with the remarkable decline in water level in the Tigris and Euphrates rivers.[/rtl]

[rtl]The source also said that Abadi met with the Turkish offer to remain silent, without giving his guest any final answer, or to offer his conditions on joining the presumed coalition. He expected Abadi to study this request without presenting steps that would drag Iraq into a policy of axes.[/rtl]

[rtl]And excluded sources close to the prime minister in the presence of such a proposal, while other sources went to deny "this incident in toto, and agreed to one part related to the rejection of Abadi alignment in any axis," our policy to not enter into any axis of conflict in The region, the newspaper reported.[/rtl]

[rtl]The sources pointed out that the visit of Jawishoglu aimed to enhance cooperation between the two sides, where Baghdad hosted the first meeting of the Joint Council, in the presence of a number of ministers of the parties, and that the second meeting will be held soon in the Turkish capital, Ankara.[/rtl]
