"

    He called on the local and federal governments as well as the legislative authorities to activate their role in protecting children and reducing the manifestations of delinquency and delinquency of children. 
    He stressed "the importance of reinstating the compulsory education law and obliging parents to continue studying and keep them from delinquency and engage in begging."
