    Anbar University said on Wednesday that it was reviewing candidates for urgent elections following the passage of a clause in the amended electoral law according to which candidates will not be eligible for the preparatory exams, but only the general elections for holders of bachelor's degrees or equivalent.
     
    A statement of the university obtained "Trend Press" a copy of it categorically deny the reports of some satellite channels from the pretensions claimed that a number of members of the House of Representatives are communicating with the university to obtain urgent certificates to enter the next parliamentary elections.
     
    "While Al-Anbar University confirms that its scientific and academic reputation is not negotiable under any circumstances, it reserves the right to sue any party that attempts to abuse its independent history and its positions away from political rivalries and calls on the media to be cautious about the consumer stories, accuracy and objectivity in investigating News & Information.
