Saturday, November 02, 2013 [Baghdad - where]

House of Representatives held on Saturday its usual to vote on the rest of the materials proposed amendment Quaonon the next parliamentary elections 2014.

A parliamentary source said told all of Iraq [where] that "the agenda of today's parliament session to vote on the proposal includes the election law and the first reading of the proposed law Kirkuk Provincial Council elections."

The source pointed out that "the meeting scheduled to be held at one o'clock this afternoon."

It was the Presidency of the Council of Representatives held a meeting with leaders and representatives of parliamentary blocs prior to the meeting to discuss the election law the controversial and how to reach a solution on resolving differences on the law for approval.

The House of Representatives had voted at its last Thursday on seven articles of the elections and postponed the rest of the materials to the session on Saturday as parliament decided to increase the number of members to 351 instead of 325, according to data from the Ministry of Planning as a result of the lack of agreement parliamentary blocs among themselves on the electoral law.
